Sharad Kale born in Maharashtra graduated with First Position in GD Art, LS Raheja School of Art, and First Position in Diploma A. Ed, Sindhudurga Kala Mahavidyalaya, Kankavali. While in school he was exposed to different mediums, which gave him a good base to hone his skills.
Sharad creates collages of mixed media. Turning colours into alluring compositions that build a dialogue with his thoughts, people and shapes; he portrays kaleidoscopic patterns giving depth to each form. He likes the simplicity of primary colours – red, yellow and blue, and of course there is black and white, which is so mysterious, yet very communicative.
According to Sharad, art is an evolving process, there is no definite form to art, it changes as you change. Today Sharad is also a successful art teacher.
