Niraja Bhuwal

Niraja Bhuwal is a contemporary Indian artist. Working with natural materials, Niraja creates miniatures paintings using mixed-media. Inspired by Indian stamps, her artworks depict an unabashedly contemporary and abstract style of representing historical objects and beings.

Niraja has been showcased at multiple group and solo shows as well as won the Junior Fellowship in 2015-16 from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
